Dale End Cheddar - Traditional clothbound Cheddar made at Botton Creamery. At this age Dale End Cheddar is mature with a distinctive tangy bite and rich long-lasting flavour. As featured on Paul Hollywood's Pies snd Puds. (Cows milk, Organic, Unpasteurised, Suitable in pregnancy, Vegetarian)
Richard III Wensleydale - An ancient Wensleydale recipe that produces a less crumbly acid cheese. It is clean and light with a gentle milky and lemony flavour. (Cows milk, Pasteurised, Suitable in pregnancy & Vegetarian)
Olde York - Made by the award winning Shepherds Purse, a soft white cheese made with a delicate texture. Can be sliced straight from the fridge or if left to stand (which we recommend) it warms to an indulgently creamy spreadability. (Ewes milk, Pasteurised, Vegetarian)
Leeds Blue - Mario Olianas moved to Yorkshire from Italy in 2001. Hailing from a budding family of Italian gourmets and cheese-makers, Mario uses sheep’s milk from Harrogate to create this smooth, rich and creamy Leeds Blue. (Sheeps milk, Pasteurised)
